Clever Clovers Profile

Darcy Southard
Hi! I’m Darcy Southard, a mom of two busy cloverbuds who love being members of the Clever Clovers! I participated in horse 4H growing up and I was a 4H Foods leader in Baker County several years ago. My husband and I have lived in several areas of the state and are happy to be back in the Willamette Valley, and closer to family. My family enjoys anything outdoors – camping, swimming, rock hounding, skiing, and working in our yard. I am a fulltime homeschooling mom and a part time Speech-Language Pathologist working for the Jefferson County Educational Service District. I attended the University of Puget Sound and have an undergraduate degree in English (I’m happy to help with records!) and the University of Oregon for my Masters in Communication Disorders and Sciences. I am this year’s Geology Leader and Outdoors Leader, and am looking forward to getting dirty and digging up treasures while learning a lot!
